Software items must be returned unopened with the factory seal intact. Once the software package is opened, it can no longer be returned. However, if you experience difficulty in installing or operating your software, please contact us for assistance.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following types of items cannot be returned:
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Any software product that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid will not be included.
4. EXCHANGES
